Kristopher L. Walton is a highly skilled clinical therapist and expert to help you learn how to overcome anger, anxiety, depression and other complications from relationships and life. He specializes in helping teens and adults who struggle with interpersonal relationships, boundaries, communication, self-awareness and how to find health emotional connections without addictive behaviors. Kristopher ideas have been published in his book titled: Navigating Your Mind: Achieving a Life of Peace, Joy and Happiness (Aviva 2011). Kristopher holds Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has twenty-five years’ experience helping people work through their worries and concerns, and guiding them to achieve remarkable success. His mission is to introduce people to proven methods, skills, and scientific knowledge to face fear, overcome problems, and create new visions so they can achieve greater peace in their minds, joy in their hearts, and happiness in their families and their lives. Kris’ efforts and successes led to his past-appointment by the Governor of Idaho as a member of the State Board of Social Work Examiners and he served on the Association of Social Work Boards. Kris’ perspectives and philosophy have been featured at Idaho Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), at the Department of Energy, the Department of the Navy, Health and Welfare, Al-Anon, Idaho Prevention and Support Conference, Idaho Conference on Alcohol and Drug Dependency, and the Utah Veterans Administration. Kris is a full-time outpatient mental health therapist. He can work with you on-line with HIPPA compliant Tele-therapy or in person treatment. Payment available through your insurance company, private pay and sliding fee scale (reduced rate for the non-insured). Kris does not have a contract with Medicaid or Medicare Insurance.
