I specialize in working with individuals struggling with emotion disregulation, depression, anxiety, substances, stress management, communication, overall relationship dynamics, family conflict, school issues, and trauma.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), AMHCA Diplomate and Clinical Mental Health Specialist in Trauma (DCMHS-T), Certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT), EMDR Trained Therapist, Trained in Discovery Work & as a Disaster Mental Health Volunteer.

2019 Recipient of the IMHCA Service Award: Being a member of the Iowa Mental Health Counselors Association I have volunteered my time in the state of Iowa as President Elect, President, and Past President of IMHCA from 2012-2016. I also served on the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) as the Midwest Regional Director from 2016-2018.
