Lindsey Epperson

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Florida and Georgia. I received my MSW from the University of Georgia in 2013 and have been practicing as a mental health therapist since 2014. I love working with clients who are dealing with anxiety, stress, life transitions, depression, and PTSD. I work from a mindfulness perspective and heavily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy; I am also interested in Acceptance and Commitment therapy and utilize it as much as possible. I try to maintain a practical and down to earth approach to life and to my work with clients. My goal is to learn continually so I have as much as possible to offer you. I hope to talk with you soon.
