I believe that recovery is possible and that therapy can help you find the solutions to move forward in your life. In therapy, I will establish an affirming, nonjudgmental relationship with you and help you to build on your strengths, reach your goals, and live the life you imagine.

While I provide therapy to people from all walks of life, the goals I collaborate in developing with clients are mainly focused on: LGBTQ+ and their families, gender identity following the WPATH Standards of Care, grief and loss, relationship issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, addictions, HIVAIDS, and spirituality. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families, including monogamous and polyamorous relationships, and alternative sexualities. I am a Premarital Course Provider in Orange County, FL. I also provide Discernment Counseling. I am a Certified Telemental Health provider and a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist. I am working on a Sex Therapy certification through Modern Sex Therapy Institutes. I have twelve years of experience in the mental health field. Licensed in Florida.
