About Me
My name is Marsha Jackson, I am a Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor. I have over 4 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, and families. Utilizing a strength-based approach I assist with identifying personal strengths, build self-esteem, and responsibility. I have experience with treating life changes (Divorce, school/college transition, employment, grief/loss), trauma(abuse/neglect), self-injurious behaviors, anxiety, depression, family conflict, women issues, co-parenting, cultural and systemic oppression and caregiver stressors.
Allow me to provide you with a safe space and walk with you through your journey as you become an empowered and authentic version of you, through an exploration of your past that may be impacting your present, releasing unhealthy relationship patterns, self-doubt, low self-esteem, and anger. Through the use of evidence-based techniques together we develop life-changing habits. My therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues and provide effective tools to cope with challenges.
