With passion and drive, Michaela strives to give every person she works with a voice. She creates a safe space for people to explore that voice through art materials, which are tools to help express, communicate, and connect to themselves. Michaela believes that art breaks up, shakes, and shifts the way we interact with thoughts, beliefs, challenges, emotions, ourselves, and the world.
With 10 years of working with people, Michaela integrates, mindfulness, guided imagery, internal families systems theory, yoga, and cognitive behavioral tools to create resources for people. These tools are encouraged to be utilized to support her clients outside of their time together.
