About Me

I served as a teacher for over twenty years before deciding to return to graduate school to pursue my credential as a Pastoral Counselor. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Education, and I earned my Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family. I am a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor (BCPC) with the International Board of Christian Caregivers. I have a certification in grief and loss, and I am a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC) as well. I have completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and am currently pursuing Level 2 training.

It is my desire to meet every client where they are in their particular season of life. Whether you are experiencing a life transition, journeying through grief and loss, or have relational concerns, I am prepared to walk alongside you. I am a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor and a Certified Professional Life Coach. I am not a Professional Counselor or a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. My counseling and coaching services are not covered by insurance; however, I do offer a sliding fee scale. I will meet with you in-person or over Telehealth (computer).
