About Me
Pronouns: she/her/hers
I strongly believe that we need connection to heal and thrive. To connect with you, I hold space for you by being fully present, open minded, non-judgmental, and compassionate. With me, you will feel heard, respected, valued, seen, and deeply understood.
I enjoy working with all types of people but working with marginalized folx is my passion. I am a bisexual, polyamorous woman and understand what it’s like to feel different. I believe that a large part of who we are and why we are the way we are has to do with family, social, and societal influences that need to be acknowledged in order to heal and grow.
Clear, straightforward communication is something I value. This means I will point out your strengths and validate your experiences regularly. It also means that I will kindly challenge you so that you can see themes and patterns that are keeping you from getting where you want to be. Then we will reframe them and make a plan to get there.
