I specialize in helping people who struggle with addictions, anxiety, depression, and ongoing relationship issues. Healing from toxic relationship trauma can be much easier to accomplish with professional assistance. I would love to partner with you to help you overcome hurts resulting from abuse, involvement with personality disordered individuals or addicts, codependency issues, and attachment trauma.

My therapeutic orientation is attachment based, utilizing schema therapy and "parts of self" and "inner child" work. My approach is direct and empathic. I use the context of the therapeutic relationship to provide healing by offering a "corrective emotional experience" to my clients. I also specialize in parenting and substance abuse counseling, and am EMDR trained, and use bilateral stimulation to help clients unblock and resolve traumatic memories.
