Stephanie Roberts

As a Christian counselor and over 20 years of experience, I assist individuals and families empower themselves to begin to live the life they have always wanted. With my experiences in substance abuse and values, I am able to share techniques that will allow the clients I serve to reach their goals. I use my training in CBT, behavior modification, person-centered, trauma-focused, and play therapy in combination with 4 guiding principles to help you in the healing process which includes the value of choice, the value of communication, values of service, and value of the structure. Encouraging those going through the healing process to take control of their lives while listening, counseling, and guiding you to take the vital steps in healing. There is nothing more profound and sacred than our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being. Using a holistic approach to help you understand and move towards healing and succeeding. I am dedicated and committed to helping those in all of their therapeutic needs including substance abuse, eating disorder, blended family, grief/ loss, autism, substance abuse, eating disorder, depression, anxiety, anger management, phase of life changes, homelessness, parenting, and sexual trauma. I use my training and experience in Child Exploitation, Child Abduction, Child Sex Trafficking, Military Deployment, Military Reintegration, and Military Separation. It is my hope to assist you and/or your family succeed.
