Theresa White

In Time Creative Counseling Services (In Time CCS) is owned and operated by Theresa White, LMHC, NCC, CCMHC, RDT. Theresa White obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development and Family Life at Indiana State University. She obtained her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She currently hold a license in mental health counseling (LMHC). She also has the following certifications---National Certified Counselor and Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and Crisis Management. She has clinical training in creative/expressive arts and also has her RDT (Registered Drama Therapist) Certification from the North American Drama Therapy Association.

She has been a counselor for the past 12 years. Her experience includes working in the Indiana State prison system and community mental health agencies with youth and adults ranging from ages 3-78 with various levels of functioning. She using the following techniques in sessions; CBT, DBT, Solution-focused, Brief Therapy and/or expressive arts to help client reach their desired goals.
