Are you super-busy, and continuously on the go, but feeling like you have yet to accomplish your goals? A working professional who is tired of feeling stressed out, worried, fearful, and unhappy with where you are in life? Who at times may have feelings of doubt and unworthiness? Most of the time you wear a mask to hide how hard it is being everything to everyone except yourself. Through this you try to stay busy, as a way to keep pushing forward, smiling and pretending to have it all together, while on the inside you are drowning.

Most clients work with me to help address anxiety, shame, perfectionism, self-esteem, all-or-nothing thinking, and relationship concerns. I am LGBTQI+, affirming and utilize a multi-cultural solution-based approach when working with clients.
