About Me
Emotions can feel really overwhelming at times. When they interfere with our relationships, they become even more problematic. For some people, this happens more frequently than for others.
I enjoy helping people with navigating their intense emotions and, by extension, their relationships. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an amazing resource to help us as we navigate life. I love sharing it with others.
