In our lives, we may face challenges that test our emotional essence and cause us to experience a wide range of difficult emotions. I provide a warm, supportive and encouraging environment to help you find balance and foster a greater control over your life. I am honored to help clients rewrite their stories and reconnect with themselves. We are all survivors of something- our childhood, families, breakups, careers, and other experiences. My practice is client-centered and strengths based. All of you is welcome--heart, body, mind and soul.

I am a Certified Trauma Clinician and EMDR trained. I utilize CBT and evidence based practices to assist clients increase their awareness, assertiveness and achieve their goals. I support people healing through anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, grief & loss, navigating life transitions, relationships and identity.

I offer a non-judgmental environment in which you will be heard, feel safe and comfortable about exploring your life. I am both bilingual (English-Spanish) and I offer tele-therapy for residents of Virginia and Maryland.
