I am passionate about helping individuals find a deeper understanding of their life and be more fulfilled with the present moment!

I am skilled in helping individuals manage and overcome depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and other life-stressors. During my career, I have published research on both Trauma and HIV/AIDS. While I serve all populations, I also specialize in providing therapy to individuals in the LGBTQ+ population, in addition to all individuals facing life challenges.
